To everyone at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, West Palm Beach,

About ten months ago, my friend was in town and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in WPB.  On the day we had lunch at your hotel, I felt very comfortable and very impressed with the location and the staff of the hotel. It was at that moment that I made the decision to consider the hotel for an event.

I've produced expositions, conferences, seminars and happenings at many venues in New York from hotels to the Madison Square Garden Expo Center. While these events were amazing experiences for the event participants, rarely were they amazing experiences for me. Why is this? Because the venue teams there made it difficult to perform and produce.

But this past weekend, on Sunday, April 19th, I realized that my intuition was right--the entire team of the Crowne Plaza Hotel really worked with us and made it possible to produce a quality show.  From the moment my car arrived to unload boxes to the moment of departure, every person attended to detail and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We weren't treated like a small company, we were treated as if we owned the place. 

I will be more than happy to continually recommend your hotel to others who are considering an event as well as to stay as they are in town. I'm committed to your hotel.

Thank you for working with us from the very beginning.  At a time of so much change and financial issues in our nation, it is refreshing to see people who cater to the needs of the client and are willing to beyond their needs in order to maintain their happiness. It wasn't just a financial transaction.  You made it possible for us to succeed. And for that, I am eternally grateful!

On Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009, our club had a luncheon at your facility. Your food director Barbara, took care of the affair for us. She was absolutely outstanding. Every detail was addressed to perfection. Your dining room staff was also exceptional. They were pleasant, smiling and willing to cater to our every need. The food was prepared to perfection, pleasing the palettes of our senior citizens. Liz, who we booked with, originally, gave us everything we were promised. I have been chairperson of this event for the past few years, and this was the best we have ever had. I want to say "Thank You" to Barbara, Liz and the entire staff for a job " Well Done".

My wife Stephanie and I were in West Palm Beach for her brother's funeral last week and spent from Sunday evening until Friday morning at your fine facility. We were very impressed with the entire experience.

From the moment we arrived for a midnight check-in and were greeted by your friendly night desk manager..to check-out and a courteous shuttle driver who took us to the airport, we were made to feel special. We enjoyed the pool area, ate several times in the dining room, and took the complementary shuttle to City Place. The food and service in the dining room was top notch. We were promptly notified of an overnight delivery, USA Today newspapers were offered, and free high-speed internet access kept us in touch with colleagues and family members. Thanks to your generosity, we were charged the corporate employee discount rate for our entire five-night stay. THANK YOU! You and your staff made for a very pleasant stay during this difficult family time.

Do know that we appreciated your hospitality and will recommend Crowne Plaza - West Palm Beach next winter and will certainly make your hotel our home away form home.
