- Step 4: Click on the microphone icon next to each field and pick one from this list. Google Assistant will record the audio file and convert it to text.
Create Your Own Chatbot
If you want to create your own chatbot, the process is very similar. Google Assistant has a lot of interesting features that can be added to your bot, but it’s important that you know how these work before you start coding.
Step 1: Create a new project in the developer console.
Step 2: Add a new text-to-speech service. You can find this option under “Text to speech”.
Step 3: Choose the language that you want your chatbot to speak in, and select one of these options for its voice recognition system.

Step 5: Add an input field for user input. For this, you need to create a “conversation flow” template. For this example, I’ll use the ConversationFlow with basic dialogs.
